Inside Sales Representative & Estimator – YYC Bath Solutions

Location: Calgary, AB

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $45,000+ per year (based on experience)

Position: Inside Sales Representative & Estimator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers and contractors with product selection and recommendations
  • Prepare accurate estimates for bath fittings, renovations, and related materials
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, providing prompt and professional support
  • Maintain product knowledge of bath fittings (faucets, vanities, shower systems, accessories, etc.)
  • Work closely with the sales & warehouse team for order processing and fulfillment
  • Create quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
  • Build strong relationships with retail clients, builders, and contractors
  • Support customers with after-sales service when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience working at a bath fittings supply store or plumbing/renovation product supplier (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read simple drawings/measurements for estimation
  • Basic computer skills (email, quoting software, POS systems)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
