As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1-year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant certificate). Medical Terminology and courses or training in customer service and or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
