We are looking for an experienced medical administrator to work full-time (8:45am-4:45pm) in our very busy paediatric practice. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering a multi-line telephone, booking appointments, greeting patients, and weighing infants and children. Post-secondary education and prior experience in a medical office are essential. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Medical records are electronic. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) would be an asset.
