as an Experiential Marketing Project Coordinator, supporting our Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing
(XM) team, you will have your hands on the wheel as we drive the future of loyalty.
The Role:
As an Project Coordinator, Experiential Marketing, you'll play a key role within the Sponsorship &
Experiential Marketing (XM) team, assisting in the execution of sponsorship and XM campaigns under
the guidance of our Project Manager(s). Are you eager to channel your passion for events &

Job Requirements
Are You The One?
A post-secondary degree or diploma in Sports and/or Event Marketing is preferred but
considered an asset.
Experienced and knowledgeable in retail marketing, event planning/management, and
promotions, with a proven track record of building brand awareness.
Background experience working across various social media platforms and content creation is
considered an asset
Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining highly resourceful, accountable,
and proactive.
Willingness and flexibility to work outside regular operating hours (including evenings and
weekends) and travel (across Canada) as required.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client on-site events and meetings.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational
skills.
Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision making
skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as
well as hands-on knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.
Bilingual language skills (French/English) - written and verbal are an asset.
Job Responsibilities
A Day in The Life:
Provide daily support for the delivery of sponsorship and XM campaigns under the direction of
our Project Manager(s), from advance planning leading up to an event and coordination to on-the-
ground execution.
Participate and support the development of exciting and innovative proposals for both existing
and new clients, including participating in team creative brainstorms, researching potential
activation ideas, putting together proposal slides using PowerPoint, reaching out to vendors to
get quotes on activation concepts/ideas
Assist in managing Bond and/or client-owned assets, including completing ongoing inventory
counts condition, and coordinating repairs. For example: maintaining a list of client-owned
assets, their location, photos of assets etc.
Putting together client reports on PowerPoint, including reporting on metrics, calculating results,
adding imagery, adding highlights, learning opportunities, and reviewing reports with clients in
person or virtually.
Support with the scheduling, training, communication of all brand ambassadors for events and
activations.
Onsite support and collaboration with the XM team for various activations/programs, including
managing event set-up and tear-down and overseeing support staff (such as Brand
Ambassadors) on-site.
Provide campaign support as needed, including building work-back plans, tracking asset usage
and inventory, facilitating content development, tracking expenses, and preparing briefs and
wrap reports.
Maintain team records, including updating databases, budget trackers, and weekly event lists.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as event venues and production and rental
companies.
Outreach to vendors for activation ideas/concepts, quoting, and following up on responses +
maintaining relationships
Be willing and flexible to work outside regular operating hours (including evenings and
weekends) and travel (across Canada) as required.
The successful candidate must provide proof of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
for client on-site events and meetings.
