Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our growing residential division. This role blends
field measuring, scheduling, and project coordination
— perfect for someone who thrives in both hands-on and administrative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site measurements for frameless showers, mirrors, and glass railings
  • Coordinate scheduling for installations and service calls
  • Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and job packages
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding project timelines
  • Support quoting and materials take-offs as needed
  • Ensure job readiness, quality checks, and smooth communication between installers, office staff, and clients
  • Maintain organized project documentation and digital records

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in glazing, construction, or related trades is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
