Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic cocktail Bartender / shift lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender/ shift lead, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of beverage preparation and service. This position requires strong communication abilities, as you will mentor junior staff and oversee bar operations during your shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, ensuring service standards and cocktail quality remain top-tier.
  • Mentor and supervise junior bartenders, fostering a strong team environment.
  • Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to uphold training standards and processes.
  • Support bar operations and contribute to an atmosphere of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical bartending skills with deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the bar industry.
  • Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
  • Serving It Right certification (mandatory).

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position hours a week).
  • Wage starting at $19/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bartending within the food industry, with a strong understanding of mixology techniques.
  • Proficient in cashiering and using POS systems for order processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
