**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented, professional, and innovative Bartender to join our exceptional team at Prophecy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cocktail culture, quality spirits, and an innate ability to deliver extraordinary service. As a Bartender at Prophecy, you will craft cocktails that are not only unique but also embody the essence of our brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To create memorable experiences by preparing a variety of signature and classic cocktails with precision, and consistency.
- Provide warm, attentive service to all guests, fostering an environment of comfort and sophistication.
- Educate guests on our extensive cocktail menu, and suggest pairings or recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the bar team to ensure seamless operations, from inventory management to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Uphold Prophecy’s high standards of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and techniques.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines, ensuring the bar remains in pristine condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or restaurant setting.
- Advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
