**Bartender Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft high-quality classic and modern cocktails with precision and efficiency.
- Provide top-tier hospitality, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and spoiled.
- Continuously expand knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and preparation techniques.
- Assist with bar prep and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong foundation in cocktail-making and bar service.
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Serving It Right certification (mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- Full-time position, averaging 35-40 hours per week over four shifts.
- Wage starting at $17.40/hr plus tips.

**Head Bartender Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, ensuring service standards and cocktail quality remain top-tier.
- Mentor and supervise junior bartenders, fostering a strong team environment.
- Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to uphold training standards and processes.
- Support bar operations and contribute to an atmosphere of excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical bartending skills with deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the bar industry.
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
- Serving It Right certification (mandatory).

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
- Wage starting at $20/hr plus tips.
