About the Role

We are looking for a Designer-Focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a background in interior design, architecture, or a related design field, who is eager to combine creative skills with client relationship development.

You'll work closely with design professionals, retail partners, and our internal sales team to promote our flooring and wall panel products, helping bring design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with designers and retailers.
  • Present HTBC product lines to design firms and retail partners.
  • Provide design guidance and product recommendations for projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Native-level English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is a strong asset.
  • Strong eye for design and understanding of materials, textures, and colour palettes.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn about the flooring and design industry.
  • Valid driver's license and has own vehicle, and ability to travel locally for client visits. Gas allowance will be provided.
