Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Production Scheduler to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the essential link between our Project Managers and Shop Fabricators. Your primary responsibility will be to organize, communicate, maintain and track the production schedule, ensuring the shop is running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between Project Managers and Shop Fabricators to communicate daily and weekly schedules.
  • Develop, maintain and track Shop related KPIs.
  • Monitor and continually update Schedule to ensure consistent production.
  • Provide ongoing support to Project Managers and Shop Fabricators to resolve scheduling issues and ensure smooth project workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Prior production and scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF applications (e.g., Adobe or Bluebeam).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate clear information flow between office and field teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
