Join Our Growing Team in New Brunswick

Due to rapid growth across New Brunswick, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties in the Moncton area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, expanding property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned properties, including:

  • Attracting, screening, and securing qualified tenants
  • Preparing and executing lease agreements for new and existing tenants
  • Conducting regular inspections of units and buildings; ensuring timely resolution of any deficiencies
  • Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
  • Responding promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Ensuring rent is collected on time and enforcing late payment policies as needed
  • Coordinating property repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of property activity, leases, and tenant communications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management (residential and/or commercial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations (New Brunswick experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — professional, respectful, and tenant-focused
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
