Killam's strategy to drive value and profitability focuses on three priorities: (1) increase earnings from the existing portfolio; (2) expand the portfolio and diversify geographically through accretive acquisitions, targeting newer properties and dispositions of non-core assets; and (3) develop high-quality properties in its core markets.

At this time, we are looking for a customer focused, energetic, and detail-oriented Live-in Resident Manager to join us at 155 Canaan, Moncton, New Brunswick. What you will do:


•    The day-to-day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems, and showing units when necessary;


•    First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations;


•    Arranging, coordinating and supervising of onsite trades people;


•    Responding to emergencies and participating in an on-call rotation and enforcing the rules and regulations of the property;


•    Snow removal/salting (building entrances) during winter months;


•    Hosting resident events;

Who you are:


•    Previous experience in a similar role or in the Property Management industry;


•    Previous experience and knowledge in general maintenance is considered an asset;


•    Ability to multi-task, and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;


•    Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Nous recherchons actuellement un gestionnaire résident dynamique, soucieux du détail et axé sur le service à la clientèle pour rejoindre notre équipe au 155 Canaan, à Moncton, au Nouveau-Brunswick. Vos missions :


•    Gestion quotidienne de la propriété, y compris le nettoyage, les petites réparations/l'entretien, le diagnostic et la résolution des problèmes, et la visite des logements si nécessaire ;


•    Résolution des problèmes de première ligne afin de gérer les questions des locataires et d'établir des relations ;


•    Organisation, coordination et supervision des artisans sur place ;


•    Réponse aux urgences, participation à un système de rotation des gardes et application des règles et règlements de la propriété ;


•    Déneigement/salage (entrées des bâtiments) pendant les mois d'hiver ;


•    Organisation d'événements pour les résidents.

Profil recherché :


•    Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire ou dans le secteur de la gestion immobilière ;


•    Une expérience et des connaissances préalables en maintenance générale sont considérées comme un atout ;


•    Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à bien travailler en équipe avec un minimum de supervision dans un environnement dynamique ;


•    Solides compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
