  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of maintenance items, including electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Install and repair fixtures like shelving, cabinets, lighting, and appliances.
  • Contribute to renovation projects aimed at revitalizing residential and commercial spaces.

Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and work hands-on with your crew to complete renovation and maintenance projects on time and on budget.

  • Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with company standards and building regulations.
  • Assist with job documentation, work orders, and basic reporting.
  • Support the on-call rotation, including helping coordinate emergency response and covering on-call duties as needed.

Who You Are

  • A skilled renovation or maintenance professional who takes pride in leading by example.
  • Experienced across multiple trades - especially carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building systems.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to coordinate small crews and manage workflow.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality workmanship.
  • A strong communicator who can balance customer needs, crew management, and project goals.
  • Flexible, solutions-focused, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in renovation, maintenance, or construction trades.
  • Proven ability to coordinate or lead small teams.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, tools, and safety practices.
