About the Role

Boomerang HFX is growing our in-store credit card campaign team and we're looking for
outgoing, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people
. You'll speak directly with shoppers, explain credit card benefits, and help them through the application process with professionalism and clarity.

This is not a call centre job or remote work. You'll be face-to-face with customers inside retail stores across Halifax.

  • Start conversations with shoppers in a confident, friendly manner
  • Share key program benefits and answer customer questions
  • Assist with credit card applications step by step
  • Track your performance to help us improve the campaign
  • Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and energy
