Credit Card Representative (Sales and Service Specialist) Remote Join to apply for the Credit Card Representative (Sales and Service Specialist) Remote role at CIBC. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling with credit‑card related questions or requests, including inquiries from other departments. Assist clients with their credit‑card operations and inquiries, identify their needs, and proactively suggest solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Document client issues, summarize and verify facts, and provide information and solutions regarding CIBC’s credit‑card products and services. Follow general instructions on routine work and support best practices while collaborating to find simple solutions for clients. Support remote work arrangement under the Agent@Home program, ensuring a secure workspace and reliable internet connectivity (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload). How You’ll Succeed Client engagement: Focus on each client experience, connect personally, and provide exceptional support. Problem solving: Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes to recommend appropriate solutions. Efficiency: Resolve requests quickly, using strong product knowledge of CIBC systems. Product knowledge: Understand and proactively suggest banking options aligned to clients’ goals.
