As a Credit Card Representative, you'll represent a major national credit-card brand at organized events, shopping centres, and partner locations across the region. Your role is to engage potential customers, explain program features, and assist them through the sign-up process, all while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally at promotional events, pop-up stands, and partner retail environments.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, explaining the credit-card product clearly and confidently.
- Identify interest, answer questions, and guide customers through the application process.
- Achieve agreed weekly sign-up targets while ensuring each enrolment meets compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activity and provide feedback from the field to support ongoing campaign improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and campaign leads to deliver consistent results and uphold brand integrity.
What You'll Bring
