Job Overview

We are an Ontario private secondary school in Toronto. Our mission is to provide top-quality education and guidance to prepare students for admission to leading universities worldwide. As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Xiaohongshu (Red Note) Marketing Specialist to lead our social media marketing and paid advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content and advertising strategies on Xiaohongshu (Red Note).
  • Manage and optimize Xiaohongshu Ads campaigns from start to finish — including planning, A/B testing, data tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Create engaging content (images, short videos, copywriting) tailored to our target audience: students and parents interested in education programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and build brand visibility and user loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Xiaohongshu advertising management.
  • Proven ability to operate the Xiaohongshu Ads platform independently, from campaign setup to ROI optimization.
  • Strong creative skills in content planning, storytelling, and short-form video marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Experience in the education industry is an asset.
  • Flexible working hours; remote work is acceptable.
