Salary/Wage: $65K CAD

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Working closely with: Marketing, Sales, Product

Regions: US / Canada (Global perspective)

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy that supports our business objectives. This person will be key to planning digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion while helping to hit our revenue generating number.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, scale and replicate multiple, well targeted campaigns at once
- Build segmentation, scoring, attribution and operational elements of campaigns
- Leverage lead nurturing programs to inform, entertain & delight our audience
- Define, develop, and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate acquisition, reduce churn and grow revenue
- Work hand in hand with product and pricing teams to create attractive, relevant and cost effective offers
- Launch campaigns to support new product introductions
- Analyze and act on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and sales leaders on campaign copy, design and execution.
- Work with marketing team to report campaign metrics, optimizations and results
- Develop campaign workflows that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue.

**Requirements**:
Requirements & Assets:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years experience in marketing/advertising preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of web publishing
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Passion for eCommerce and home furnishings industry
- Must be Hubspot Certified
