Role Description
We're looking for a
Social Media & Content Creator
who will elevate Fuzz's storytelling, community engagement, and digital presence. This full-time, partially remote role is ideal for a creator who is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate can develop concepts, filming, editing, publishing, and measuring content that fuels both brand love and franchise growth.

Reports to Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Own the full content lifecycle from ideation to scripting, filming, editing, posting, and optimization.
- Produce engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) that authentically showcases the Fuzz brand, services, and community.
- Capture high-quality photo & video in-store content (client moments, staff features, franchisee stories, education, products).
- Create B2B content for LinkedIn to support franchise development, build credibility, and generate qualified franchise leads.
- Create localized content toolkits for franchisees (templates, scripts, best practices).
- Produce promo banners for both digital and in-store set up.
- Maintain an organized, easy-to-use content library.
Social Media Management
- Help develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that support business and franchise development goals.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned to marketing priorities, promotions, and franchise openings.
- Identify trends, formats, and cultural moments in beauty, lifestyle, and franchising.
Community Management
- Serve as the front line of the Fuzz digital community, responding to comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions with warmth and brand-aligned tone.
- Proactively foster community conversations by answering questions, encouraging engagement, and building relationships with clients and potential franchisees.
- Escalate operational or franchise-related concerns to relevant internal teams when needed.
- Track community sentiment and insights to help shape content and service improvements.
- Develop initiatives that strengthen loyalty and community participation (UGC programs, Q&As, interactive content, creator features).
Performance, Optimization & Collaboration
- Track content performance and produce insights that guide strategy and future creative direction.
- Run experiments (hooks, formats, posting cadence, CTAs, thumbnails) to continually improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer care, and franchise development teams to ensure message alignment across all touchpoints.
- Support franchisees with social media guidance, best practices, and content needs.
Tools & Workflow
- Use editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva) to produce polished content.
- Leverage scheduling and analytics tools
- Explore and integrate AI tools for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years creating content and managing social media communities, ideally in beauty, wellness or lifestyle industries.
- Strong video creation skills. Filming, lighting, audio, and editing for short-form platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or CapCut.
- Proven ability to grow and engage online communities; passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt brand's tone of voice.
- Data-driven approach with experience interpreting insights to improve content performance.
- Comfortable working with entrepreneurs and cross-functional teams; strong relationship-building skills.
- Interest in technology and AI-enabled content workflows.
- French proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong asset.
- Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
