The Role

We're seeking a creative and versatile
Content Creator
to help us tell our story, engage our community, and grow our presence across digital platforms. This role starts as a freelance part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time after a brief trial period.

As our Content Creator, you'll be responsible for developing compelling visual and written content that educates, inspires, and connects with both healthcare professionals and patients seeking quality medical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns
• Produce and edit video content including testimonials, educational clips, and promotional materials
• Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and other written content that resonates with our audience
• Stay current with social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate medical information into accessible, engaging content
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media content creator with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in
  Canva
  (minimum requirement) for graphic design
• Comfortable creating authentic, on-camera content and directing others in filming scenarios
• Ability to capture high-quality video content using native platform tools (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and algorithm trends
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Available for freelance part-time commitment (5-10 hours/week initially)

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design experience
  using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Videography skills
  including filming and video editing
• Experience creating content in the healthcare, wellness, or medical technology space
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven content strategy
• Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems

Work Arrangement

• Start:
  Freelance, part-time basis (5-10 hours/week)
• Schedule:
  Flexible hours with core collaboration times
