Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Beauty & Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be able to perform facial waxing, multi-task and handle our Front Of House.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using POS systems
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashiering duties
  • Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
  • Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities through effective sales techniques
  • Conduct product demos and makeup applications for events such as grad, bridal, wedding or special occasions including false lashes
  • Working our walk-in brow bar for facial waxing and tinting services
  • Assist with merchandising displays and ensure the lobby area is tidy and inviting
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
  • Support with retail sales activities, including product recommendations and inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ear & Nose piercing (training on site available)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, cashiering, or front desk roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A waxing/tinting background with certification
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing reservations and merchandising displays
  • Ability to perform makeup applications or product demos confidently
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services in a friendly manner to enhance guest experience and to meet studio goals
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed; punctuality is essential
  • Complete daily opening/closing shift tasks, must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday 845am-615pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
