Beauty Service Provider (Commission-Based; In-Person @ Spa)
Bella Babe Beauty Bar is growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. If you've been in this industry for a while, you know how hard it can be to find a place that respects your time, your craft, and your clients. We get it, and that's why we built our space in the ways we did. No drama. No micromanaging. Just good work, good energy, and clients who leave feeling amazing. We want someone who genuinely loves what they do, shows up when they say they will, and takes pride in delivering quality service consistently. Required Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license/certification in Ontario
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
- Previous experience working in a salon/spa environment
- Proven expertise in one or more of: lash extensions, brows, facials, waxing, laser hair removal
- Ability to reliably commute to our Etobicoke location
- (Bella Babe Beauty Bar: 4959 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON M9A 1B6, Canada)
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-service capabilities (versatility across service categories)
- Existing clientele/following (not required but a plus)
- Experience with Acuity Scheduling or similar booking systems

- Confident, respectful, and self-motivated professional
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment for all clients
- Team player who can work collaboratively while managing own schedule
Compensation
- 40% commission on services (negotiable for experienced/seasoned operators)
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling within salon hours
- (Mon-Sat, 12 PM – 9 PM, appointment-based)
- Closed Sundays
Start Date
- ASAP upon finding the right fit
