Job Summary:

J&M Coins and Jewellery Ltd., a trusted dealer in coins, bullion, and precious metals located in Vancouver, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Administration Support. This position is a key support role that combines administrative assistance with e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for managing online orders across multiple platforms, assisting the executive team, preparing export and import declarations with the Government of Canada, and supporting shipping and finance departments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is highly organized, and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email.
  • Process and monitor online orders through eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.
  • Prepare and submit export & import declarations with Canada Customs (CBSA).
  • Assist the finance department with generating monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with shipping/fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Provide executive support, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across all responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage export/import paperwork and regulatory compliance (training will be provided if needed).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets required).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a small business environment.
