Administrator and E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and manage online stores for our customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding store orders, issues, and general support
- Keep our internal system up to date, including entering supplier price increases and maintaining accurate product details
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (experience considered an asset)
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience (required)
- Strong computer proficiency, including navigating online platforms and managing digital tools
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory management or bookkeeping is an asset
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
