This is an
in-office position
. We work closely together, move quickly, and believe strong teamwork leads to better outcomes for clients.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Underwriting mortgage files from start to finish


• Reviewing income, credit, and property documentation


• Communicating with lenders, appraisers, and third parties


• Supporting file structuring and strategy (not just administrative work)


• Helping ensure a smooth and efficient path to closing

As our business grows,
your role and responsibility grow with it.

Compensation & Growth:

This is a
variable-income role
tied directly to individual and business performance.

Qualifications:


• Must hold or obtain at least a
Level 1 Mortgage Agent License
within the first 90 days of employment


• Minimum of
2 years of experience
in banking, financial services, or mortgage-related roles


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment


• Proactive mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth in the mortgage industry
