Accounting Clerk
to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your new role

As the Accounting Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts payable and invoices
  • Performing credit card and general ledger reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly project billings
  • Assisting with timesheet processing
  • Supporting government remittance preparation and reporting
  • Assisting with accounts receivable collections
  • Preparing and recording journal entries
  • Contributing to month-end and year-end close activities

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–3 years of general accounting experience
  • Post-secondary diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with financial software
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
