We're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist (Video + Static Design) who can produce high-impact visuals that drive growth. This role blends content creation, video editing, and marketing design, ideal for someone who loves to make content that performs.

You won't just design for looks, you'll create to convert.

What You'll Do

1. Video & Reels Creation (Top Priority)

  • Edit short-form videos and reels for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Cut long interviews and testimonials into engaging story snippets.

  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and brand animations.

  • Maintain fast, clean editing aligned with Cloudcure's brand tone.

2. Static & Digital Design

  • Create social carousels, ad creatives, and visual content for campaigns.

  • Design clean email headers, web visuals, and landing-page graphics.

  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms and devices.

3. Marketing Implementation

  • Collaborate with the marketing lead to execute content calendars.

  • Publish and schedule posts across channels using provided templates.

  • Support email and paid campaign creatives (no need for ad buying).

What We're Offering

  • $50,000–$65,000 CAD base salary (depending on experience).

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing design, video editing, or content creation.

  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email.

  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks under short timelines.

  • Passion for clean design and engaging storytelling.
