Job Title: Data Analytics

Job Summary

The Data Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role involves using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and analytical models to identify patterns, trends, and insights that improve business performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, CRM, ERP systems).
  • Analyze and interpret datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders across departments (marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Automate data processes and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, or R.
  • Create and maintain databases and data models to support analytics and forecasting.
  • Perform statistical analysis and use predictive models to support business decisions.
  • Monitor data quality and implement validation checks for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support KPI development and performance tracking for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business intelligence teams to optimize data workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing structured data.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Strong understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $59,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
