Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on B2B Marketing Analytics Consultant to support end-to-end analytics solutions across lead generation, campaign measurement, funnel analysis, and advanced modeling for a global payment's client. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and client-facing, with proven expertise in SQL, Tableau, Hadoop, Datorama, and API integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Marketo). This role demands a deep understanding of B2B marketing ecosystems and the ability to deliver scalable analytics, dashboards, and predictive models that drive strategic decisions.
The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders onsite and a remote development team offshore to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand complex B2B marketing goals and translate them into data-driven strategies and measurable KPIs
- Build and manage data pipelines from multiple B2B Martech sources including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Marketo, and other APIs
- Work on Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Lead development and automation of dashboards in Tableau and Datorama for lead tracking, funnel progression, campaign effectiveness, and account-level insights
- Develop and maintain robust B2B analytics frameworks including lead scoring models, attribution analysis, engagement tracking, and account-level insights
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to uncover patterns across multi-touchpoint lead journeys and marketing channels
- Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies with granular segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking
- Build predictive models to forecast lead conversion, account engagement, and campaign ROI
- Present insights and recommendations to senior business stakeholders, transforming complex analysis into actionable business decisions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and data engineering to align data infrastructure with business goals
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree in a quantitative or marketing-related field
- Proven hands-on experience in B2B marketing analytics, preferably in enterprise technology, payments, or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Hadoop, and Datorama
- Experience working with MarTech APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Marketo) for data extraction and analysis
- Deep understanding of B2B lead lifecycle, scoring models, funnel metrics, and ABM strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing predictive models (e.g., logistic regression, random forest) for lead scoring or funnel conversion
- Familiarity with Python for data modeling and automation
- Prior client-facing or consulting experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience in payments, fintech, or analytics consulting is a strong plus
