We are looking for a dynamic and experienced NLP/NLU Data Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our AI-driven platforms by analyzing customer interactions and providing actionable insights that directly impact product improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with bot developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) of our chatbots and voice bots. Your insights will guide the development of new product features, while also helping us identify customer pain points to enhance the overall customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data science, NLP technologies, and Generative AI to make a tangible impact on the evolution of our AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer inputs, feedback, and interactions with our chatbot and voice bot platforms to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with bot developers and conversation designers to refine and improve the platform's NLU, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
- Cluster large volumes of conversation data into meaningful topic groups to better understand user intent and improve targeted product enhancements.
- Generate solutions using Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance the capabilities of our AI-driven platforms.
- Generate insights from data to guide the product team on customer-driven feature developments, helping shape the future of our products.
- Identify common customer pain points, complaints, and preferences, and translate these into actionable recommendations for improving the customer experience.
- Leverage your expertise in Generative AI to explore and implement advanced solutions for conversational AI improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product, conversation designers, and bot developers, to ensure that insights are accurately applied, and improvements are effectively implemented.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a strong focus on NLP technologies and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with unsupervised learning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of customer data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- A deep understanding of NLU concepts and their application in real-world AI systems, particularly in chatbot or voice bot platforms.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
