Job Description

As an
Associate Co-op – Data Analytics & Engineering
, you'll join our consulting team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality data solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to implement analytics solutions and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Design and develop data architectures that optimize flow, storage, and accessibility.
  • Build and maintain Lakehouse data pipelines using best practices and medallion architecture principles.
  • Support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
  • Help define and manage data governance standards for accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Merge and visualize data from multiple sources to uncover key insights.
  • Contribute to prototypes and frameworks that help clients adopt modern data technologies.

Qualifications

Should Have

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Quick learner with curiosity about data systems and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Databricks
  • Understanding of data architecture, governance, and medallion design.
  • Experience building in Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
  • Exposure to machine learning or AI development.
