OnPoint Home Services is growing and currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

Reporting to the Management team, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting with new customers to provide residential HVAC installation recommendations with the goal of developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry a plus, but not required (we will provide you with HVAC-related training)
- Has the ability to respond to sales inquiries actively and meet with new and previous customers in their homes to identify their heating and cooling needs
- Has access to a car and a valid driver's license
- Is comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks
- Has excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with Jobber and NiftyQuoter software is a plus, but not required

Areas of coverage will be Durham Region and York Region, but the Sales Consultant will be required to come to our head office in Stouffville for occasional in-person sales meetings.

Base salary starts at $25,000 with supplemental commission of 5%

**Salary**: From $25,000.00 per year
