Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in customer service are highly valued to enhance our client interactions and support our organizational goals.

Reception Job Duties:

Answering phones

Booking appointments

Replying messages

Confirming appointments

Collecting payments

Greeting Clients

Customer Service

Helping Technicians when needed

General clean up through out the day

Admin Job Duties:

Handling and Balancing of Cash end of the night

Knowledge about products

Ordering supplies

Maintaining records of clients

Taking and posting picture on our social media platforms

Various duties may be added as and when needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma and/or equivalent

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus

Must be able to multi task

Ability to pay attention to details

Familiar with social media platforms

This is a full-time position from 10:30 am - 6:30, day to be determined

.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
