GH Renovations Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the renovation space and is looking to add an Accounting Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Generate invoices from quotations and enter them into the accounting system on a daily basis
  • Review, verify, and record vendor invoices in the accounting system
  • Process and reconcile customer payments
  • Scan and digitally archive vendor invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparing and filing HST

Document Management

  • Organize and maintain records of quotations and invoices
  • File and manage vendor invoice documentation

Reporting & Data Entry

  • Input data into the work order management system
  • Compile and prepare daily and monthly sales reports
  • Support month-end financial closing activities

Skills/Requirements

  • Degree or college diploma in accounting with 2 year experience accounting roles
  • Enroll in CPA program is an asset
  • Strong excel skills
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person.
  • Must be extremely organized and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at the same time
  • Works well individually and as part of a team.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
