GH Renovations Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the renovation space and is looking to add an Accounting Clerk.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting
- Generate invoices from quotations and enter them into the accounting system on a daily basis
- Review, verify, and record vendor invoices in the accounting system
- Process and reconcile customer payments
- Scan and digitally archive vendor invoices
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing and filing HST
Document Management
- Organize and maintain records of quotations and invoices
- File and manage vendor invoice documentation
Reporting & Data Entry
- Input data into the work order management system
- Compile and prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Support month-end financial closing activities
Skills/Requirements
- Degree or college diploma in accounting with 2 year experience accounting roles
- Enroll in CPA program is an asset
- Strong excel skills
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person.
- Must be extremely organized and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at the same time
- Works well individually and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
