Guildcrest Homes, a leader in modular home construction in Eastern Ontario, is seeking a Red Seal Licensed Plumber to join our skilled Production team in Morewood. In this role, you will perform high-quality plumbing installations within a controlled factory environment, contributing to the efficient and consistent assembly of modular residential units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and inspect plumbing systems in modular home sections according to Ontario plumbing codes, QAI standards, and CSA A277 requirements.
  • Complete all rough-in and final plumbing tasks, including water lines, drains, vents, and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Production, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform troubleshooting and ensure workmanship meets our high factory-built housing standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all health & safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance to apprentices or helpers (as required).

Qualifications

  • Red Seal Endorsed Plumber
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
