**Qualifications and Qualities we look for**:

- 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in working with drywall, taping, or steel-stud framing experience.
- Construction Enginieering Technology (CET) and Professional Engineering (P.Eng) holders are welcome to apply.
- The ability to work with a plan supported by facts and data.
- High degree of respect, professionalism, safety consciousness, and integrity.
- Strong attention to quality and detail skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Red Seal is preferred but not required**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Organize the fulfillment of tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Create schedules and monitor the attendance of employees.
- Assign general and daily responsibilities.
- Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance.
- Manage manpower and resources٫ ensuring they are adequate.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor the use of machinery and equipment.
- Review and analyze expenditures on a regular basis٫ ensuring they remain within budget.
- Troubleshoot problems when they arise.
- Prepare reports on progress to managers٫ engineers and other stakeholders.

Location - The job location is in Dieppe.
