Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zanda.
  • Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office operations
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries with professional phone etiquette
  • Support scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff or medical/dental offices
  • Coordinate correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of administrative projects

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and document management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience, especially in medical or dental offices, is advantageous
