As their new Warehouse & Logistics Manager and reporting to the Canadian General Manager, you'll lead the warehouse team, drive operational and supply chain excellence, and partner with our North American Operations group to keep our service levels best-in-class.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach and inspire a warehouse team of 6+ plus a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator—helping them grow and succeed.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the USA Operations and Canadian Sales teams to keep product flowing seamlessly.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding fill rates (98%+) and track key performance metrics to stay ahead of the game.
  • Oversee the Canadian supply chain in collaboration with U.S. Ops to ensure on-time deliveries from company manufacturing facilities.
  • Manage outside-bought inventory, including planning, procurement and SAP updates.
  • Stay ahead of inventory issues—report shortages and drive solutions.
  • Lead the forecasting process with input from Sales.
  • Monitor and act on obsolete or aging inventory to keep stock healthy.
  • Plan and schedule part-time labour for promotional builds.
  • Coordinate cycle counts and full inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Champion health & safety and foster a safety-first culture every day.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or Materials/Operations Management.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics leadership, ideally within a fast-paced consumer products environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and demand planning. Computers are your friend, not a necessary evil.
  • SAP experience is a plus (or experience with a comparable ERP). Manhattan experience is a bonus
  • A hands-on, proactive leadership style—and a passion for keeping operations running at their best.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
