Role Overview:

We're looking for an Account Manager
in person role in Concord Ontario with a passion for sales and strong relationship-building skills to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on selling front-end garbage containers and waste management solutions to property managers, facility managers, and business owners. You'll be responsible for growing our customer base, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads business by prospecting and building relationships with property managers and commercial clients.
  • Sell front-end garbage containers and other waste management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track sales activity and report on key performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in waste management, facility services, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person client meetings.
  • Existing provider to property management and commercial operations is an asset.
