Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the company's business advisory and development strategy by actively contributing to its execution.
- Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking opportunities to expand services and meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders to drive market expansion.
- Share market insights to identify innovative ideas that can expand business opportunities.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing valuable input.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, supporting the team in achieving targets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
- Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
- A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
