I'm looking for someone to join my workshop —

Someone who can help create high-end fantasy leather-bound books and potentially grow into other areas of the craft over time.

This isn't hourly employment — it's commission-based work. I get custom orders, and I pass them to you to produce. You'll be paid per project. As demand grows, your role and earning potential will grow with it.

What the Work Is Like

Right now, I mainly need help with:

  • Bookbinding – Making my custom books from start to finish using my own unique method.
  • Make leather gear - Quivers, arm guards, armor
  • Painting Functional Props - Painting bows, wall mounts, books, armor etc.
  • Creating new products

The Kind of Person I'm Looking For

I don't need someone who is just creative.

I need one of the following:

  • Creativity + discipline, or
  • High discipline + talent, even if you aren't wildly creative.

Because this is repetitive craftsmanship — sometimes the same motion for extended periods. If someone gets bored easily or constantly wants to jump to new ideas, this won't work.

You need:

  • Good hands-on skill and precision
  • Ability to follow step-by-step processes
  • Reliability — finishing what you start
  • Desire to improve and learn new techniques
  • A sense of pride in quality work
  • A desire to improve processes

How It Works

  • Commission-based only (not hourly)
  • I give you a project — you complete it — you get paid
  • You'll start with bookbinding (not everything I do)
  • If you're a good fit, your role will expand over time
  • You can also sell your own artwork through my platform — I already have high traffic and visibility and very high price points people pay for.
