Appian Business Systems Analyst
. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders, architects, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy modern solutions on low code automation platforms, improving operational efficiency, quality, and client experience.

What You Will Do

  • Bridge business requirements with system design through all phases of ideation, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams and leadership to understand business needs and strategic opportunities.
  • Leverage Appian or similar low code platforms, with a strong understanding of IDP, process modeling, and prompt engineering.
  • Take responsibility for requirements gathering, business functionality design, and ensuring systems meet defined requirements.
  • Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and reviews to support successful solution delivery.
  • Define strategic visions for key systems in collaboration with architects and stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical and modeling techniques to uncover and maximize business and user value.
  • Provide support to developers and QA analysts during design and build phases.
  • Manage work independently to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence positive outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

What You Will Bring

  • Three to five years of experience in systems analysis and/or design and programming.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Hands-on experience delivering business process automation using low code platforms such as Appian.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to contribute to multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently across different organizational levels.
  • Business Analysis accreditation or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Agile or DevOps experience and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab are nice to have.
