Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cashiering duties.
  • Prepare and handle food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
  • Experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food preparation techniques.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
