Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Hungry Zus. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fine dining environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Prior experience in food handling, serving, or catering is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in a courteous manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks following proper presentation standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after service
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up banquet or catering events
  • Handle food safely according to industry standards and regulations
  • Replenish supplies and maintain stock levels at service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support banquet or catering functions with setup, serving, and cleanup as required

Experience

  • Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred
  • Experience with serving in banquet or catering settings is advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is essential
  • Barista experience or background in the food industry can be beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests
  • Experience working in restaurant or hospitality roles demonstrating teamwork and adaptability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
