TerraGen Solar is a North American based manufacturer that offers a wide range of solar racking solutions for all roof types. We have supplied over 150 MW of racking solutions ranging from our standard TGR flat roof ballasted system, our TGT tilted pitched roof system, to our TGP flush mount system and custom site-specific designs for various customers. Job Summary
This role works closely with TerraGen’s senior management team providing administrative support, scheduling meetings and managing calendars, maintaining company processes and procedures as well as completing special projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the senior management team
- Prepare weekly reports for management
- Provide support on specialized projects
- Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and update as necessary
- Support within Health & Safety related tasks (i.e. preparing training courses and ensuring all employees certificates are up to date)
- Manage and organize calendars and schedule meetings as required
- Prepare agendas and meeting minutes
- Order office supplies as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate person
- All other duties as required
Competencies:
- Diploma in Business/Office Administration or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
- Team oriented with a positive attitude, eager to learn and the ability to work independently
- Possesses the ability to take initiative

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
