Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

Duties

  • Perform quality inspections on products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality management practices.
  • Document findings and prepare reports on quality issues, trends, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
  • Proficient in data collection methods and statistical analysis related to quality metrics.
  • Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools, including calipers.
  • Ability to fabricate solutions for identified quality issues effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
