Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that each client leaves satisfied and looking their best.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, styling, hot shaves etc. tailored to client preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed advice to clients.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
  • Excellent sanitation practices to maintain a clean workspace and tools.
  • Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$55.00 per hour
