Calgary, Alberta, Canada CTR REFRIGERATION Full time $60,000 - $65,000 per year

As a Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role supporting dispatch lead and technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the service department.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer phones and manage e-mail requests.
  • Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.
  • Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules.
  • Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed.
  • Review & address aging calls.
  • Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue.
  • Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly.
  • Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/ through email.

  • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills working with customers and colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Capable of working with cross functional teams to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience required.

Starting pay range is $60, $65,000.00 per year depending on experience level
