Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and restaurant facilities.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling standards are met.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Uphold sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
