Duties

- Assist with food preparation and sanitation of work areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards is a plus.
